Run or walk a chip timed 5k starting and finishing in the centre of Media City, Salford. You’ll head out around a 2.5km loop that runs over the canal and runs past the Imperial War Museum along with the ITV and BBC television studios.
The relay is for teams of 3 people and includes a drink and Food Voucher. Choose from a relay race, where one team member will run at a time, or the walk category where the entire team walks the route together.
