Vacancies

Money Ready is looking for a London Location Manager  to join our 16+ Programmes and Delivery Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial education programmes across London while driving sustainable growth, partnerships, and long-term impact in the region.

This is a hybrid delivery and growth role, shaped by the maturity of delivery across London. In developing areas, you will combine direct programme delivery with building Money Ready’s footprint until additional capacity is established. In more established areas, your focus will be on strategic growth, reach, and market saturation, ensuring our programmes are embedded, well-utilised, and making a meaningful difference.

You will lead and support a high-calibre team of trainers, including former teachers and youth workers, creating the conditions for them to thrive and deliver consistently excellent programmes. Working alongside the current London Location Manager, you will co-develop and implement a clear, strategic London location plan that ensures growth is purposeful, sustainable, and aligned to organisational priorities.

This is a highly external-facing role, strengthening Money Ready’s reputation as a trusted, go-to provider of financial education in London. You will use your local networks, credibility, and leadership to open doors, build strong partnerships, and generate new opportunities. While the role requires autonomy and ownership, you will be well-supported by colleagues across the organisation and draw on central expertise to deliver regional objectives.

  • Location: Hybrid working, contracted to our London Hub with significant in-area travel

Money Ready is seeking an experienced, values-driven leader to join our Programmes & Delivery Directorate as Senior Area Manager. This is a pivotal opportunity to provide senior operational leadership across London and, where appropriate, additional locations, ensuring high-quality programme delivery, strong funder and partner relationships, and a culture that enables teams to perform at their best.

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving consistency, quality and impact across your area. You will oversee delivery performance, ensure effective systems and ways of working are in place, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with funders and partners to support sustainable growth.

You will lead and support managers and teams across London, fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing culture. Continuous learning and improvement will be central to your approach, ensuring the Programmes & Delivery Directorate continues to strengthen its practice and maximise impact for young people.

This is a collaborative and influential role, working closely with senior colleagues to align regional delivery with organisational strategy and growth ambitions. While the role requires confidence, autonomy and sound judgement, you will be supported by a committed and mission-driven leadership team.

Key information:

  • Location: Hybrid working, contracted to our London Hub with some in-area travel
  • Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Practical tips for applying

We want your application to give us a clear sense of who you are and why the role you are applying for feels like the right fit for you. Here are a few tips to help you prepare:

Whether it’s our mission, your passion for financial education, or the way we work, we want to know what drew you to Money Ready — and what you hope to bring to the story.

If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to two interviews, with at least one held in person. You may also be asked to complete a short task or assessment. For most of our roles, we offer an optional online webinar before the closing date a chance to hear more from the hiring manager and ask questions in a relaxed setting. We know these processes can feel formal, but we keep them thoughtful and purposeful.

We understand that people may use AI tools to help prepare applications. That’s fine – but please use them thoughtfully. If you use AI, make sure your final application reflects your own words, experience and understanding of the role. We want to see how you approach things not a generic version.

Use the job description and person specification to shape your application. We’re interested in the experiences, skills and values you bring especially where they align with what we’re looking for.

We live in the real world and that’s what we’re interested in. You don’t need to be perfect. We’re looking for genuine people with a willingness to learn, grow and work collaboratively. Show us what matters to you and how you think.

We believe stories are a powerful way to communicate. Please share real examples from your work moments that show how you’ve made a difference or learned something meaningful.
