Join our growing team on a mission to create a financially fluent population. Are you ready to bring the language of money to life?
Across all four UK nations, our team shares a passion for financial inclusion and a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration. If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference while growing both personally and professionally, Money Ready could be the perfect fit for you.
At Money Ready, our vision is a financially fluent population. To achieve this, our mission is bringing the language of finance to life so that everyone can navigate their money with confidence, no matter where they start. We are guided by three core values:
These values underpin all that we do – shaping how we support young people and adults, collaborate as colleagues, and deliver work that has lasting impact. Working at Money Ready means contributing to something meaningful, in an organisation that values both purpose and people.
We do not currently have any live vacancies. Please check back in the future.
Our 2024–2027 strategy is focused on building positive money habits early, expanding our reach, increasing accessibility, and tackling inequality. Alongside this, we are evolving our organisation-wide Equality, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI) approach, in partnership with our charity trustees, and have a strong commitment to inclusive leadership. We are guided by leadership principles that emphasise care, contribution, growth and accountability – helping to foster a culture where everyone is respected and supported to thrive.
We offer a comprehensive learning programme for managers and aspiring managers, draw on the expertise of our corporate volunteers for engaging development opportunities, and provide tailored in-house support for our trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
We value connection across teams, a culture of continuous learning, and a forward-looking approach that embraces technology and new ideas. With flexible working arrangements and a strong emphasis on wellbeing, Money Ready offers a working environment where your growth is supported and your work makes a meaningful difference.
We’re pleased to be able to offer our employees a range of benefits to support the team’s wellbeing, development and life in and out of work:

Here’s what to expect when applying for a role at Money Ready:
We take recruitment seriously – not just as a process, but as the start of a meaningful relationship. Every role we hire for plays a part in something bigger.
Whether it’s our mission, your passion for financial education, or the way we work, we want to know what drew you to Money Ready — and what you hope to bring to the story.
If you’re shortlisted, you’ll be invited to two interviews, with at least one held in person. You may also be asked to complete a short task or assessment. For most of our roles, we offer an optional online webinar before the closing date – a chance to hear more from the hiring manager and ask questions in a relaxed setting. We know these processes can feel formal, but we keep them thoughtful and purposeful.
We understand that people may use AI tools to help prepare applications. That’s fine – but please use them thoughtfully. If you use AI, make sure your final application reflects your own words, experience and understanding of the role. We want to see how you approach things – not a generic version.
Use the job description and person specification to shape your application. We’re interested in the experiences, skills and values you bring – especially where they align with what we’re looking for.
We live in the real world – and that’s what we’re interested in. You don’t need to be perfect. We’re looking for genuine people with a willingness to learn, grow and work collaboratively. Show us what matters to you and how you think.
We believe stories are a powerful way to communicate. Please share real examples from your work – moments that show how you’ve made a difference or learned something meaningful.
